Madrid, November 7th 2012: In order to clarify the communication made yesterday to the market, EDP Renováveis S.A. ("EDPR") reaffirms that the selling price of a 49% equity shareholding in a portfolio of wind farm assets in the US, with a total installed capacity of 599 MW, was $230 million.
