Madrid, December 30th 2014: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") announces the expected dates for the following 2015 corporate events:

 2014 Annual Results: February 25th 2015
Annual Shareholders' Meeting: April 15th 2015
First Quarter 2015 results: May 6th 2015
First Half 2015 results: July 29th 2015
Nine Months 2015 results: October 28th 2015 EDPR will inform the market in the case of changes to the dates of the 2015 financial calendar.
