EDP Renováveis, SA ("EDPR") closed an agreement with Enel Green Power Spain, SA ("EGP") to sell its stake in Sociedad Eólica de Andalucía, SA ("SEASA") - a company with 74 operating MW in Spain.

EDPR sells its 16.67% equity shareholding by €10.7 million (or €24.5 million of enterprise value, including the equivalent net debt as of Dec-10).

With this transaction, EDPR crystallises the value of a non controlling minority stake and recognises an after-tax capital gain of €6.6 million.
