Madrid, August 8th 2017: Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of article 248-B of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP Renováveis S.A. ("EDPR") provides the following information to the market:

1. Mr. António Mexia, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 4,200 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. António Mexia no longer holds shares of EDPR.

2. Mr. Nuno Alves, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 5,000 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Nuno Alves no longer holds shares of EDPR.

3. Mr. Miguel Dias Amaro, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 25 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Miguel Dias Amaro no longer holds shares of EDPR.

4. Mr. João Paulo Costeira, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 3,000 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. João Paulo Costeira no longer holds shares of EDPR.

5. Mr. Gabriel Alonso, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 26,503 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Gabriel Alonso no longer holds shares of EDPR.

6. Mr. João Manuel de Mello Franco, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 380 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. João Manuel de Mello Franco no longer holds shares of EDPR.

7. Mr. Jorge Santos, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 200 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Jorge Santos no longer holds shares of EDPR.

8. Mr. João Lopes Raimundo, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 840 shares (direct and indirect) of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.

Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. João Lopes Raimundo no longer holds shares of EDPR.

9. Mr. António Nogueira Leite, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 100 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above-mentioned transaction, Mr. António Nogueira Leite no longer holds shares of EDPR.

10. Mr. José Ferreira Machado, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 630 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. José Ferreira Machado no longer holds shares of EDPR.

11. Mr. Acácio Piloto, member of EDPR Board of Directors, informed EDPR that, as part of EDP – Energias de Portugal ("EDP") General and Voluntary Public Tender Offer over EDPR, he has tendered 300 shares of EDPR share capital, at a price of 6.75 euros per share.
Following the above mentioned transaction, Mr. Acácio Piloto no longer holds shares of EDPR.

Please find enclosed in Annex the forms for notification and public disclosure of transactions on the shares of EDP Renováveis, S.A., prepared in conformance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2016/523, of 10 March 2016, laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format and template for notification and public disclosure of managers' transactions, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
