Lisbon, 18 April 2023 -  EDP- Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) and EDP Finance BV have signed a five-year loan facility, in the amount of Singapore Dollar (SGD) 1,000 million. 

The facility was arranged as a Club Deal by EDP, with DBS Bank as Coordinator. DBS Bank and other three international banks: MUFG, OCBC and UOB as Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers, with MUFG also acting as Facility Agent.

This loan strengthens EDP’s commitment with the APAC region, aligned with the strategy defined in EDP’s 2023-2026 Business Plan.
