In relation to the news circulated in the press regarding the possible acquisition of Sunseap, EDPR hereby clarifies that it has not concluded any negotiation nor signed any agreement to acquire Sunseap.

As usual, EDPR will inform the market in due course if and when it reaches a binding agreement in relation to any material transaction.
