Part of Us is a social responsibility initiative in the various countries where is EDP. This activity was implemented by EDP Group through Fundacíon EDP and the Corporate Volunteer Program.

As in previous years, EDP has challenged its employees and partners to join Part of Us - The Environment project to help the environment and make society aware of the need to keep forests and beaches clean.

This year in Madrid, on June 28, the environmental volunteer initiative Part of Us - The Environment allowed 60 people, including employees and family members, to participate in the restoration of Laguna de Valcabadillo in Tubilla del Lago, Burgos.

Throughout this day, activities included making a stone bench with a view of the lake, planting some plants, cleaning the river water, adapting a drainage channel and even building an artificial island for birds.
