EDPR and the EDP Foundation in Spain collaborated on the 13th edition of the Christmas story competition held at the Pondal Foundation in the town of Ponteceso in Galicia.

Participation level records were broken at this year’s edition of the “Contos de Nadal” competition, with a total of 238 stories written with enthusiasm and imagination by students from 21 educational centers scattered throughout towns in Costa de Morte.

The awards were similarly scattered—among 10 schools where the winners study.

Joining the participants were the children’s families and municipal authorities, enjoying an exciting gala full of promising young future writers.

This initiative is another of EDPR’s efforts to be present in the towns where it does business, supporting the culture and the development of the company’s values.
